On-site Measurements & Inspection

Asset Integrity provides on-site support specifically in regards to vibration, acoustics, pressure pulsation, and flow measurements. Depending on the type of problem encountered in the field, our on-site support is often of a holistic nature where we record all the relevant parameters (e.g. throughput, pressure, flow, temperature, time-stamps, observations by operators) to properly troubleshoot the problem at hand and save time, costs and frustration associated with repeat site visits.

Asset Integrity also provide services that complement data acquisition in the field. These include finite element analysis (FEA), pulsation analysis, structural analysis, dynamic stress and fatigue analysis, flow induced vibration (FIV), acoustic induced vibration (AIV), water hammer analysis, and pipe stress analysis and design.
